2. Quotes & Estimates

• Prices may change if project details change (materials, measurements, design revisions).
• A deposit may be required to begin work.
• Deposits may become non‑refundable once materials are purchased.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information or allow us to take measurements
• Communicate design preferences clearly
• Review and approve drawings or plans before fabrication
• Provide access to the installation site (if applicable)

4. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or project agreement.
Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated.

5. Project Timelines

We make reasonable efforts to meet estimated timelines. Delays may occur due to:

• Material availability
• Supplier delays
• Weather conditions
• Changes requested by the client

We are not liable for delays outside our control.

6. Warranty

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our work.
Warranty details (if applicable) will be provided in your project agreement.

Warranty does not cover:

• Misuse or improper care
• Damage caused by humidity, water, or environmental conditions
• Unauthorized modifications

7. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Copy or misuse website content
• Attempt to disrupt or hack the website
• Use the website for unlawful purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, we are not liable for:
